Apex Air Conditioning & Refrigeration in Central Florida is hiring lead generators to work inside Lowe’s. You walk the sales floor, help homeowners, and build the lead report our sales team uses the same day.

You will find out what is happening at the house, guide customers toward the next steps, and submit a complete report with name, phone, address, system issue, and requested work. Reliable transportation to Lowe’s and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; training provided.
• Comfortable approaching customers on the store floor.
• Ability to write a clear lead report with contacts and needs.

Apex Air Conditioning & Refrigeration is hiring lead generators to work inside Lowe’s. You walk the sales floor, help homeowners shopping in store and build the lead report our sales team uses the same day.

Apex is a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer and the 2026 Carrier President’s Award winner. We install, repair, and maintain residential air conditioning across Central Florida. This role is inside Lowe’s. You do not close full system sales in the aisle.

You will:

• Walk the sales floor and offer help to customers shopping
• Find out what is going on at the house and guide them toward a real next step
• Build a complete lead report before they leave: name, phone, address, system issue, and what they want done
• Submit that report the same day so sales can follow up
• Meet a daily lead target
• Represent Apex professionally and follow Lowe’s store rules

You should be comfortable walking up to customers, able to write a clear report a salesperson can use, and available for store hours, including weekends. Retail, floor sales, or other customer-facing experience helps, but it is not required. Reliable transportation to your assigned Lowe’s is required.

Pay and the daily lead number are set before you start. People who turn in solid reports get steady hours and a path into sales.
