Job summary

SoftServe is seeking a senior AI leader to define and drive the technical vision for cutting-edge generative AI initiatives. You will shape AI strategies, design multi-agent systems, and guide cross-functional teams toward production-ready, cloud-based solutions.

You will mentor Data Scientists and ML Engineers, collaborate with executives, and contribute to industry thought leadership while ensuring robust MLOps and system reliability.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in CS or related field.
• Hands-on Python with PyTorch or TensorFlow for model development and large-scale experiments.
• Strong Generative AI and NLP knowledge, including transformer models and fine-tuning.
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent system design.
• Proven track record deploying AI/ML to cloud providers and managing full lifecycle.
• Experience leading or mentoring Data Science/ML teams and driving technical vision.
• Client-facing skills to communicate with executives and non-technical stakeholders.
• English proficiency at upper-intermediate or higher.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive technical vision for AI initiatives using the latest generative AI and agentic frameworks.
• Advance agentic AI capabilities by designing and implementing multi-agent systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
• Foster strong client relationships by identifying opportunities, shaping AI strategies, and translating complex concepts into production-ready solutions.
• Build and deploy production-ready AI/ML solutions on major cloud platforms, collaborating with MLOps and DevOps teams.
• Establish end-to-end AI development processes, from data pipelines and model training to LLMOps, monitoring and improvement.
• Mentor Data Scientists and ML Engineers, embedding best practices in Generative AI and MLOps.
• Contribute to thought leadership through technical publications, case studies, and industry conferences.
