You will oversee AI governance, observability, and performance, while guiding teams on best practices and transformative AI use cases across business units.
Formación
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field with substantial experience.
- 10+ years or 7+ years with a master's in leadership roles.
- Proven track record of AI-powered systems delivery in production.
Responsabilidades
- Define AI architecture and strategy for production systems.
- Design how AI agents connect to external enterprise systems.
- Oversee versioning, A/B testing, and performance evaluation.
- Provide guidance on generative AI best practices and trends.
- Establish guardrails and safety frameworks for regulatory compliance.
- Implement observability to turn AI behavior into actionable insights.
- Lead deployment of AI-powered applications across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with business units to translate needs into scalable AI use cases.
