Job summary

Good co India is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI and ML solutions addressing complex business challenges. You will build Generative AI applications, LLMs, and AI-powered systems to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with engineers, data scientists, product managers, and stakeholders to implement RAG pipelines, vector databases, and end-to-end MLOps, emphasizing performance, scalability, and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• 6–11 years in Software Eng, AI, ML or DS.
• Strong Python and ML modelling skills.
• Production-grade AI/ML model experience.
• Gen AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG knowledge.
• PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face expertise.
• Vector DBs: Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, ChromaDB.
• REST APIs, microservices, cloud-native solutions.
• MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD experience.
• Cloud platforms: AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Data engineering: SQL/NoSQL, feature engineering.
• Responsible AI, data security and privacy awareness.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for complex challenges.
• Build Generative AI apps, LLMs, and AI-powered systems.
• Develop RAG pipelines, AI agents, and autonomous workflows.
• Research and apply new AI frameworks, algorithms, architectures.
• Train and optimize ML/DL models for production.
• Create NLP, CV, predictive analytics, and recommender systems.
• Integrate AI models via APIs and microservices.
• Implement prompt engineering and model evaluation.
• Work with vector databases and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Develop end-to-end MLOps pipelines for training, deployment, monitoring.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, product managers, stakeholders.
• Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and data privacy.
