Job summary

Havenpark Communities is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to drive multi-channel lead generation across Facebook Marketplace, ILS platforms, and social channels. You will build a robust pipeline, book appointments, and ensure smooth handoffs to Sales & Leasing Agents.

This is a fast-paced, metrics-driven role with a target of 500+ leads per month and ~50% conversion. Success depends on consistently generating new prospects, maintaining listings, and engaging with potential residents across

Qualifications

• Experience generating leads through digital marketing, listings, or prospecting.
• Ability to create and execute marketing efforts that yield measurable lead volume.
• Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or inside sales.
• Skill in editing photos and writing engaging listing copy.
• Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace and ILS platforms; real estate experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate 500+ new leads per month across assigned communities.
• Target ~50% lead-to-appointment conversion.
• Post listings daily on Facebook Marketplace and ILS platforms.
• Coordinate with teams to obtain photos and write compelling copy.
• Respond to inquiries quickly and schedule showings/appointments.
