Job summary

Havenpark Communities is seeking a results-driven Sales & Leasing Agent to drive lead generation and pipeline management for our manufactured housing communities. You’ll split the sales process to focus on rapid lead generation and hand-offs to the agent who closes the deal.

In this role, you’ll post listings, engage prospects quickly, and nurture relationships to maintain a healthy pipeline while coordinating with on-site teams. A strong candidate thrives on volume and fast response times.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or inside sales.
• Sharp eye for photos and listing copy; strong writing.
• Comfort with online platforms (Facebook Marketplace, ILS).
• Fast response to keep hot leads engaged.
• Ability to juggle multiple communities and avoid stale listings.

Responsibilities

• Make listings irresistible with current photos and compelling copy.
• Own the top of the funnel by posting daily and running campaigns across platforms.
• Qualify leads, secure genuine interest, and hand off to Sales & Leasing Agent with everything needed.
• Generate 500+ leads per month and track sources, response times, and outcomes in CRM.
