Havenpark Communities is seeking a Sales & Leasing Agent to drive the front-end pipeline: turning inventory into scheduled appointments and supporting the close with a fast, high-volume approach across our communities.

You will post listings, manage inquiries, qualify leads, and hand off prepared appointments to the Sales & Leasing Agent. Expect 500+ leads per month with a competitive salary and benefits in a collaborative culture.

Qualificações

• Experience in digital marketing, lead generation or inside sales.
• Strong copywriting for listings.
• Comfort with Facebook Marketplace and ILS platforms.
• Excellent communication to keep hot leads engaged.
• Ability to juggle multiple communities and keep listings fresh.

Responsabilidades

• Make listings irresistible with current photos and compelling copy.
• Own the top of the funnel by posting daily on Facebook Marketplace and ILS platforms.
• Qualify leads and hand off prepared appointments to the Sales & Leasing Agent.
• Generate and track 500+ leads per month across assigned communities.
