Job summary

Columbia NW Heating is seeking a part-time Customer Engagement Representative to work inside Home Depot locations in Beaverton, OR and Mall 205 (Portland). You’ll talk with homeowners, answer basic heating and cooling questions, and help schedule free in-home estimates with our mobile app.

There are no cold calls or door-to-door sales. This is a friendly, customer-focused role with daytime hours, 25–30 hours per week.

You'll talk with homeowners who are shopping at Home Depot, answer basic questions about heating and cooling, and help interested customers schedule a free in-home estimate with one of our HVAC professionals. There are no cold calls, no door-to-door sales, and no sitting behind a desk all day.

You DON'T Need to Be a Salesperson This isn't a traditional sales job. You're not responsible for closing the sale, providing quotes, or convincing customers to purchase anything. Your job is to have a conversation, identify homeowners who may be interested in learning more, and connect them with our HVAC team.
