Job summary

Columbia NW Heating is seeking a part-time Customer Engagement Representative to engage Home Depot shoppers at Beaverton or Mall 205, scheduling free in-home estimates with our HVAC team. No sales pressure; your role is to foster conversations about heating and cooling and connect interested customers with the right professionals.

Training is provided, and a consistent Wed–Sat schedule offers 25–30 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing; comfortable talking to strangers.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, fundraising, or sales preferred.
• HVAC experience is NOT required; training provided.
• Part-time availability Wednesday–Saturday.
• Beaverton or Mall 205 Home Depot locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage Home Depot shoppers.
• Start conversations about heating and cooling needs.
• Provide basic information and schedule free in-home estimates.
• Hand out information and promotional materials.
• Represent Columbia NW Heating professionally.
• Meet appointment goals with great customer experience.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams for follow-up.
