Job summary

Columbia NW Heating is seeking a part-time Customer Engagement Representative to work inside Home Depot locations in Beaverton, OR and Mall 205 (Portland). You’ll talk with homeowners, answer basic heating and cooling questions, and help schedule free in-home estimates with our mobile app.

There are no cold calls or door-to-door sales. This is a friendly, customer-focused role with daytime hours, 25–30 hours per week.

• Willingness to learn HVAC basics and scheduling workflow.

Responsibilities

• Greet Home Depot shoppers in a friendly, approachable way.
• Start conversations about customers' heating and cooling needs.

• Schedule free in-home estimates using our mobile app.
• Distribute informational materials and promote services.
• Represent Columbia NW Heating professionally and positively.
• Work toward appointment goals while delivering great customer experience.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams for follow-up.
