Travel With Sann is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist for a remote role open to candidates in the USA or LATAM. The position offers flexible scheduling as part-time or full-time, with training and ongoing support to develop client outreach, qualification, and pipeline-building skills.

You will research potential clients, initiate conversations, qualify leads, and manage outreach and follow-up across channels while maintaining accurate records and participating in team training.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with new people.
• Good organization and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Comfortable using online communication tools.
• Reliable internet connection and computer/device.
• Experience in lead generation, sales, customer service, marketing, or business development is a plus but not required.
