Statewide Window and Doors in Florida’s Jacksonville region is seeking a Regional Field Marketing Manager to lead a door-to-door canvassing team, train staff, and drive lead generation for sales growth.

You will manage daily performance, develop regional strategies, and oversee hiring, coaching, and field execution while setting up neighborhood maps and route plans. This is a field-based leadership role with earnings of $100k–$125k including salary, commissions, and overrides.

Position

Qualified Candidate

MUST have door-to-door canvassing management experience in the home improvement or closely related home services industry, with experience building and managing a high-volume-producing department with sales derived from canvassing leads.
