Coastal Water and Air is seeking a Lead Generation Manager to lead and scale a high-performing door-to-door canvassing team in a fast-growing environment. You will drive team development, territory strategy, and consistent lead generation to fuel company growth.

• Proven experience as Canvassing Manager, Canvassing Supervisor, or Canvassing Team Leader in Home Improvement Industry.
