Job summary

ADP is seeking a Lead Product Manager to shape a next-generation AI-native HCM platform for small businesses. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and researchers to ship capabilities that improve payroll, HR, and compliance experiences.

You will be responsible for writing sharp requirements, prioritizing based on data and client feedback, and guiding the product through discovery to launch in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; technical, analytical, or design background is a plus.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience defining and delivering digital products with agile teams.
• Proven track record integrating GenAI / LLM tooling into workflows.
• Understanding of large language models and AI-powered automation, with tradeoffs awareness.
• Ability to engage with engineers on API requirements and architecture diagrams.
• Data-driven prioritization using client feedback and reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of leading meetings.
• Comfort with ambiguity and independent work in Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Work with engineering, design, and research teams to clarify priorities and keep momentum.
• Define sharp requirements and break down problems into testable increments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive roadmap decisions.
• Instrument the product, monitor performance, and measure outcomes with analytics.
