Job summary

Tiger Data, formerly Timescale, is seeking a Marketing Development Representative to join our team and drive early engagement with potential customers. You will follow up with leads from events and digital campaigns, and engage prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn to uncover needs.

You will research accounts, schedule qualified meetings, and support ABM efforts while helping manage lifecycle and nurture programs. Collaboration with Marketing and Sales is essential to hit measurable goals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, sales development, or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Curious and comfortable learning technical products and new industries.
• Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with leads generated from events, webinars, content syndication, digital campaigns, and other marketing programs.
• Engage prospects through personalized email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Research prospects and accounts to better understand their business, role, and potential needs.
• Schedule qualified meetings with the appropriate Account Executive.
• Support ABM programs through account research, contact identification, and campaign coordination.
• Assist with lifecycle and nurture programs, including email campaigns, event follow-up, and prospect re-engagement.
• Keep lead and campaign information accurate and up to date.
• Track basic campaign and lead follow-up results and share learnings with the Marketing team.
