Job summary

Havenpark Communities in the United States is hiring a sales professional to convert demand into closings in our growing manufactured home community portfolio. You will own a quota, market inventory, and guide buyers from first showing to signed deals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success meeting/beat individual sales quotas.
• Experience in high-velocity, commission-driven environments.
• Comfort with high-volume, in-person selling.
• Self-directed with strong follow-through.
• Strong numerical skills for contracts, payments, and credit checks.
• Coachable and team-minded.
• Manufactured housing, property management, or leasing experience a plus.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Carry a sales quota.
• Market inventory via social channels, listings, signage, and local outreach.
• Convert demand into closings with a high-quality buyer experience.
• Maintain a full sales pipeline with leads and referrals.
• Handle contracts, payments, and sales tax accurately; log interactions in CRM.
• Sell in compliance with Fair Housing standards and company policy.
