Job summary

CTI in Maryland Heights, MO is seeking a Lead Generation Coordinator to join our corporate office. You will work with sales, marketing and operations to qualify inbound leads, manage follow-up, and support the sales process.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years in lead generation or related fields, is organized, people-friendly, and comfortable using CRM. CTI offers competitive pay, medical and dental insurance, 401K, PTO and other benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in lead generation, inside sales, business development, marketing, or customer engagement.
• Exposure to AV, technology, IT services, communications technology, or related industries preferred.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, events, referrals, and partner programs.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects through phone, email, and digital channels.
• Manage lead flow within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Ensure accurate tracking of all prospect interactions, activities, and qualification status.
• Coordinate prospect handoffs and ensure timely follow-up by sales teams.
• Other tasks as assigned
