Job summary

CTI is seeking a Lead Generation Coordinator at our Corporate Office in Maryland Heights, MO. The role works with sales, technical, and operations teams to qualify inbound leads and maintain strong follow-up across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in lead generation, inside sales, business development, marketing, or customer engagement.
• Exposure to AV, technology, IT services, communications technology, or related industries preferred.
• Customer service experience could be relevant.

Responsibilities

• Review and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, events, referrals, and partner programs.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects through phone, email, and digital channels.
• Manage lead flow within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Ensure accurate tracking of all prospect interactions, activities, and qualification status.
• Coordinate prospect handoffs and ensure timely follow-up by sales teams.
• Other tasks as assigned
