Job summary

You will design and deliver trusted, secure, scalable technology products in a fast-paced, agile environment, focusing on fraud protection and enterprise-grade performance. You will lead cross-functional teams, implement secure production code, and leverage AI-assisted tooling to accelerate delivery while upholding rigorous engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operations.
• Advanced in React, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Experience with React Router, GraphQL, REST APIs; frontend routing.
• Experience with AWS services (ECS, EKS, Lambda, S3) and Kafka.
• Experience leading AI-assisted development tools with secure, auditable workflows.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions with scalable, secure design.
• Develops high-quality production code and reviews peers' code.
• Monitors performance and analyzes scalability across environments.
• Advises teams on performance, plan benchmarks and tooling.
• Influences leaders across business, product, and tech teams.

• Develops methodologies for performance benchmarking and automation.
• Leads adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices and secure coding standards.
