You will lead technical direction, contribute to production code, and mentor teams while shaping the future of trusted, data-driven financial technology. The role emphasizes building high-performance microservices on AWS, implementing AI-assisted development tools, and upholding secure coding practices.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years of experience.
• Hands-on OOP development in Java, C++, or Python.
• Experience in at least three of: microservices on AWS, real-time streaming, caching with Redis, big data processing with Spark/Ray.

Responsibilities

• Develop secure, high-quality production code and review others' code.
• Provide technical guidance to teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Influence product design, functionality, and operations decisions.
• Serve as a function-wide subject matter expert in one or more areas.
• Promote AI-assisted development practices and secure coding standards.
• Drive adoption of SDLC tools and governance across teams.
