Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and Java; familiarity with Playwright for automation.
• Experience leading use of AI-assisted development tools for coding, review, and testing.
• Understanding of responsible AI use and secure engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Execute creative software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting with non-routine approaches.
• Drive end-to-end test automation for onboarding to products across client channels.
• Lead a team of software engineers and SDETs to support release cycles.
• Develop secure, high-quality testing code and review others' code.
• Promote enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality and speed.
• Establish validation standards for secure coding, peer review, and automated testing.
• Leverage SDLC toolchain and AI capabilities to enhance automation value.
• Identify and automate remediation of recurring issues to improve stability.
• Lead evaluation sessions on architecture and technical credentials.
• Manage stakeholders through executive communication and presentations.
