• Fluent English communication with US-based stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with product owners and stakeholders to translate use cases into architecture and backlog.
• Design and integrate agentic workflows with enterprise systems like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Glean, Oracle HCMT.
• Own complex integration challenges: authentication, RBAC, data contracts, production cutover.
• Collaborate daily with India-based pod to clarify requirements and safeguard release quality.
• Build prototypes for UI/agent flows and transition to production backlog.
