Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Fullstack Developer to bridge business priorities with hands-on implementation across a distributed org.

You will drive architecture, UI backbones, and API contracts, collaborating with US stakeholders and India-based teams on enterprise integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Glean, Oracle). You’ll deliver AI/LLM-driven tooling and agent workflows, while embedding security and observability across platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on full-stack engineering with delivery record.
• Strong TS/JS skills with a modern frontend framework (React preferred).
• Backend experience in Node.js or Python and API design.
• Experience delivering AI/LLM-driven solutions with tool calling or MCP.
• Experience with AWS services and enterprise authentication (SSO/Okta).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define architecture and backlog.
• Develop UI components and integration flows across enterprise systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Glean, Oracle).
• Lead integration projects: authentication setup, data contracts, RBAC, error handling.
• Coordinate with India-based team; review PRs and ensure release readiness.
• Incorporate security, observability, and reusability into builds.

You'll infuse structured engineering rigor into fluid, still-forming problems, all while contributing to how the organization adopts and integrates new technology.
