Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead delivery of complex software solutions. You will guide teams, engage external clients, and drive planning through execution, with travel as needed. The role emphasizes quality, risk management, and architectural guidance within EY’s Platforms Practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or4-year equivalent.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years with Angular or similar frontend frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and Temporal.
• Generative AI and building Agents.
• Design and implement robust APIs and microservices (Java, Python, FastAPI, OpenAPI).
• Integrate authentication with Keycloak, OAuth2, OIDC, and Azure AD.
• Experience with data visualization tools (D3, Highcharts, Plotly.js, Ember Charts).
• Experience with dashboards (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker).
• Experience with TDD/unit testing.
• Experience in complex codebases and frontend performance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of processes, solutions and projects with focus on quality and risk management.
• Engage with external clients and lead workstreams from planning to closure.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure task completion.
