Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development across the EY Platforms Practice. You will identify and define user requirements, focusing on UI across mobile, web, and tablets, and engage in coding and specifications to deliver services aligned with business needs.

Lead delivery for complex projects, guide teams, and work with external clients in a hybrid model. The role emphasizes strong API design, AI, and cloud-based distributed systems expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree).
• 4+ years of experience with Angular or similar frontend frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and Temporal.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and building Agents.
• Ability to design and implement robust APIs and microservices using Java, Python, FastAPI and OpenAPI.
• Integrate authentication and authorization mechanisms using Keycloak, OAuth2, OIDC, and Azure Active Directory (AAD).
• Experience with Data Visualization tools like: D3, Highcharts, Ploty.js, Ember Charts.
• Experience using Commercial Dashboards (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker).
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) / unit testing.
• Knowledge of frontend “best practices” around page performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the effective management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects with a focus on quality and risk management.
• Engage regularly with external clients, participating in working sessions and leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Travel may be required as needed by external clients.
