Jobot is seeking a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer to modernize 40+ applications and build AI-enabled solutions on Azure. The role demands hands-on React/Python development, architecture leadership, and mentoring within a fast-paced, on-site contract in West Columbia, SC.

The candidate will design, build, test, and deploy scalable cloud-native solutions, engaging with modern AI-assisted tooling and CI/CD practices to deliver meaningful public-sector enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience, including senior/lead hands-on work.
• Strong experience with React, Python, SQL, and modern web app development.
• Experience deploying applications in Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain production apps using React/React Native (frontend) and Python (backend).
• Design end-to-end solutions, gather requirements, and deliver production-ready code.
• Mentor teammates and participate in design reviews and code reviews.
• Lead modernization and cloud migration efforts for key applications.
