Job summary

Lightfield is seeking an experienced software engineer to own end-to-end features for a scalable AI-powered CRM platform. You will collaborate with product leaders, design for high performance, and drive initiatives across frontend and backend systems.

You will mentor teammates, shape engineering practices, and help recruit while delivering reliable, observable, and innovative product experiences that leverage large language models.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Experience building high-scale, mission-critical systems.
• Passion for AI/LLMs and applying them to products.
• Proficiency with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, GraphQL and PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product leaders to define strategic initiatives and translate requirements into technical work.
• Build and maintain scalable full-stack features with reliability and performance.
• Develop observability and metrics for proactive operations.
• Lead design discussions, mentor teammates, and establish engineering best practices.
• Help recruit and grow a world-class engineering team.
