Job summary

System Soft Technologies seeks an experienced software leader to design and own distributed services, with hands-on work in Python, FastAPI, React, and modern data stores. The role emphasizes building LLMed experiences, semantic search, and robust security and observability for production systems.

You will drive API contracts, guide engineering backlog, mentor engineers, and ensure release readiness and quality across Kubernetes-based deployments using Argo CD and Okta/OIDC for identity.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in building distributed services and modern web stacks.
• Experience with semantic search, LLM-enabled applications, and production observability.
• Designing service and API contracts, and guiding engineering backlog and release readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own technical design, service and API contracts, engineering backlog, code quality, technical mentoring, risk resolution, and release readiness.
• Guide implementation of security controls and production observability across distributed systems.
