Anovium is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to drive a Python/FastAPI and React-based rebuild of a transportation management system for a client. You will lead a pod of engineers, mapping complex business problems to technical tasks and guiding the team with candor and collaboration.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years shipping production software, plus a track record in logistics tech, and experience in both frontend and backend ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of building and shipping production software systems.
• Previous experience in the logistics industry and a genuine interest in the field.
• Proven technical leadership experience.
• Backend technologies include Python/FastAPI, Node.js/TypeScript, C#/Net, or Java/Spring.
• Frontend technologies include React.js; React Native and GraphQL are a plus.
• Experience with DevOps/CI/CD.
• Knowledgeable in ML/LLMs.
