Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Agentic AI Engineer leader. You will deliver end-to-end agentic AI solutions, integrate AI/ML capabilities, and collaborate with client teams to translate business challenges into scalable, production-ready systems.

The role covers cloud-based offerings, technical demos, proposals, and pre-delivery considerations, with travel up to 100% as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a full stack AI/ML engineer or scientist, with production-scale AI models.
• Minimum 7 years of CS foundations: architecture, systems engineering, programming.
• Minimum 4 years building and deploying AI/ML software to a cloud environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; if Associate’s, 6+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and operate end-to-end, human-centered agentic AI systems across frontend, backend, data, and components.
• Integrate AI/ML/NLP into workflows to address client problems.
• Lead demos, workshops, and PoCs to demonstrate value.
• Develop scalable APIs and services ensuring performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with product, business, and sales teams for cohesive outcomes.
