Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager to own the delivery of technically complex fueling infrastructure projects from design coordination through field execution. Based in Longview, WA, you will oversee underground fuel storage tank installation, piping, dispensers, and site coordination.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with fueling builds, manage schedules and budgets, coordinate with inspectors and vendors, and drive constructability discussions while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with underground fuel storage tank installation and removal, C-store or carwash fueling buildouts, and strong coordination across stakeholders, inspectors, and jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Manage fueling infrastructure projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, materials, RFIs, and change orders
• Coordinate closely with engineering, vendors, inspectors, and internal field teams
• Support and review design documents, redlines, and constructability inputs
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality expectations
• Maintain clear documentation and communication across all project stakeholders
