Job summary

World Fuel Services is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction and improvement projects at Flyers locations from inception to completion. You will manage contractor selection, internal coordination, budgets, timelines, and quality of work while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree related to construction or PMP, 2+ years in the field, and a valid driver's license. Ideal candidates thrive in a cross-functional environment and will be located in the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or PMP or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school.
• 2+ years of industry experience with bulk petroleum plants, cardlock fueling operations, or similar.
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects for company-operated locations or other projects as assigned.
• Manage timeline to execute priorities within the budget period.
• Coordinate with teams to define objectives and budget for projects.
• Create detailed project scopes with budget and timeline considerations.
• Solicit bids from contractors, review quotes, and award contracts.
• Provide project status updates to stakeholders and maintain documents.
