You will shape the frontend framework, design systems, accessibility, performance, and AI-powered experiences across products, guiding dozens of teams toward a scalable, high‑quality product.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with large-scale web apps.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, and design systems.
• Experience designing and scaling AI-enabled web experiences.
• Proficient in frontend testing, accessibility, and performance.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience evaluating technical risk and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and technical direction of TeamViewer's web platform, including frontend framework and accessibility.
• Define standards for AI-powered features across TeamViewer web products.
• Establish frontend architecture standards and maintainable code structures.
• Drive quality through automated testing, accessibility compliance, performance monitoring, and AI evaluation.
• Lead architecture reviews and support teams during delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams across products and locations.
• Maintain architectural documentation and mitigate technical risks.
