Community Health Network is seeking a Supervisor Practice Operations for Neurosurgical Care in Indianapolis. You will support the Practice Administrator in day‑to‑day front office operations, staffing coverage, schedules, and Kronos timekeeping to ensure smooth patient flow and positive experiences.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 4 years of healthcare experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent healthcare experience (preferred).
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Support daily front office operations and staffing coverage.
• Coordinate schedules, call‑ins, and Kronos timekeeping/approvals.
• Oversee work queues, reporting, and operational processes.
