• 3 years experience in a medical office setting, OR supervisory/managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the front office operations including staffing levels and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Functions as a liaison between site employees, physicians, health plans, MSO and administrative team.
• Works with Medical Office Manager/Administrator and Chief of Staff to ensure appropriate access and delivery of care.
