Lowe’s is looking for a customer-focused associate to assist shoppers in locating merchandise, demonstrating products, and processing sales at the register. You will work to ensure a smooth checkout, handle returns, and help maintain store cleanliness and safety throughout your shift.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and some retail or cashier experience. Experience with mobile devices and POS systems is a plus, and prior supervisory roles are歓迎.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement.
• 1 Year Retail experience as a cashier.
• Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer.
• Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.

Responsabilidades

• Provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's customer service policies and programs.
• Assists customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Uses a cash register to process sales transactions, returns, and refunds according to company guidelines.
• Maintains store safety and housekeeping standards and supports checkout coverage as needed.
