• Operate cash register, process sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Communicate stock, warranties, and special order information to customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safe work area according to SOPs.
• Assist in line vesting and open registers when needed.
• Detect shoplifting indicators and report to management.
• Support associates with coaching and training as assigned.
• Ensure proper tagging, pricing, and loading of customer orders.
