Job summary

Long Finch Technologies seeks a senior front-end engineer to lead the development of sophisticated, user-facing web applications using React and TypeScript. You will shape architecture, collaborate with UX/Product, and drive performance and accessibility across the frontend stack.

You will implement design system patterns, optimize bundle sizes, and mentor engineers while leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery and maintain secure, robust client-side solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years professional software engineering experience with front-end focus.
• Expert-level React proficiency and hooks/context patterns.
• Strong TypeScript skills and modern JavaScript fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of complex, user-facing web apps with React + TypeScript.
• Partner with UX/Product to translate designs into polished experiences with performance and accessibility in mind.
• Establish and evolve front-end standards: components, state management, routing, testing.
