Job description

Our growing team is looking for an upbeat and friendly full-time Lead Front Office who has a passion for helping others! A Smile 4U is privately owned with locations in East Point, Hiram, Cartersville, Dalton and Decatur. Utilizing the highest quality, state-of-the-art equipment and scheduling technology, we offer multiple specialties under one roof including general dentistry, sedation dentistry, and oral surgery. Additionally, we provide services to both pediatric and adult populations and are dedicated to providing a positive and memorable patient experience for all ages.

We are looking for an individual for overseeing front desk operations, supervising staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and efficiently resolving any issues.

The Lead Front Office will be responsible but not limited to, the following :

  • Collect monies / co-pays due prior to services
  • Update patient chart, as required
  • Make follow-up appointments
  • Answer and respond to telephone calls with professionalism
  • Complete daily overview of upcoming patient appointments
  • Call and confirm all scheduled patient appointments
  • Assist with recall Reports, missed and cancelled lists and treatment plan reports to try and fill in cancellation and no show appointment times
  • Maintain service logs and clinic logs on a daily basis
  • Assist with insurance verification, as needed
  • Assist front office supply inventory needs
