The Front Desk Manager is responsible for the front desk associates and the breakfast attendants. Some responsibilities include but are not limited to scheduling of staff, checking people in and out, training front desk and breakfast attendants, ensure the meeting room is set for the groups visiting the property, covering the shifts when employees call out. and hiring front desk and breakfast attendants. This person needs to be able to follow direction well, as well as, providing an exceptional stay for the guests.
