FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Lead Client Service / Front Bar Coordinator to support daily front bar operations and lead the client experience. The role focuses on driving sales, assisting with team training, and maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced store environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in leadership or retail roles, strong communication skills, and a passion for skincare and guest experience. Nights, weekends, and onsite events are required, with commission eligibility included.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership, customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred.
• Previous salon, spa, retail, or beauty industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for skincare, guest experience, sales, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients in a timely, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Support Store Manager with daily scheduling adjustments, team breaks, and front desk operational needs.
• Drive store and individual sales performance, including retail, memberships, and service goals.
• Coach team members on client service standards to ensure a consistent and elevated experience.
• Identify opportunities for operational growth, increased average ticket, and improved rebooking rates.
• Maintain FACE FOUNDRIÉ cleanliness, operational, and presentation standards at all times.
• Assist in onboarding and training Front Bar / Client Service Receptionists.
• Teach opening and closing procedures, cleanliness standards, and task management expectations.
• Support leadership in holding the team accountable to sales and performance goals.
• Assist with product knowledge, retail, membership, and service training.
• Support ongoing coaching and development initiatives within the store, including Client Service scorecard reviews.
• Help drive achievement of key business metrics including service revenue, average ticket, guest count, guest retention, rebooking percentage, retail revenue, memberships.
