FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Lead Client Service / Front Bar Coordinator to support daily front bar operations, lead the client experience, and drive sales while maintaining FACE FOUNDRIÉ brand standards.

This role suits an organized, service-oriented, sales-driven individual with leadership experience who can train team members, manage events, and contribute to brand marketing and customer retention.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership, customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred.
• Experience in salon, spa, retail, or beauty industries preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for skincare, guest experience, sales, and team development.
• Comfortable with social media platforms and content creation.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and onsite events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operations: Greet clients in a timely, professional, and welcoming manner; support daily scheduling adjustments and front desk needs; flag client issues and coordinate next steps; monitor inventory and restock as needed; support retention efforts through client journey processes; drive sales in retail, memberships, and services; coach staff to uphold service standards; identify opportunities to increase tickets and rebooking rates; maintain cleanliness and brand standards.
