Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Lead Client Service / Front Bar Coordinator to elevate the client experience and lead the daily operations of the front bar while driving sales performance and maintaining FACE FOUNDRIÉ brand standards.

This role is ideal for someone organized, service-oriented, sales-driven, and passionate about leadership development, with responsibilities spanning coaching, inventory, events, and guest engagement. Nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership, customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred.
• Previous salon, spa, retail, or beauty industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for skincare, guest experience, sales, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage front desk operations with professionalism.
• Support Store Manager with scheduling, breaks, and front desk needs.
• Flag client issues and coordinate follow-up with urgency.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering and stocking.
• Drive sales across retail, memberships, and services.
• Coach team on client service standards for a consistent experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve ticket value and rebooking rates.
