Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ in Highland, IL is seeking a Lead Front Bar Receptionist to support front bar operations, elevate the guest experience, and drive sales while upholding FACE FOUNDRIÉ brand standards.

You will help train the team, assist with scheduling and inventory, coordinate events, and engage guests across memberships and services, fostering a lively, service-oriented store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership, customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred.
• Experience in salon, spa, retail, or beauty industry is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for skincare and guest experience.
• Comfortable with social media platforms and content creation.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and onsite events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally at the front bar.
• Assist Store Manager with daily scheduling, breaks, and front desk needs.
• Manage inventory counts and replenish retail and operating supplies.
• Support guest retention through Skin ID follow-ups and service bookings.
• Drive sales across retail, memberships, and services.
• Coach staff on customer service to ensure elevated guest experiences.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and improve rebooking rates.
• Maintain cleanliness and brand presentation at all times.
• Assist in onboarding Front Bar Receptionists and training.
• Help with opening/closing procedures and task management.
• Support marketing efforts and local events to boost brand awareness.
• Create on-brand social media content and coordinate creative requests.
• Plan and execute in-store and community events.
