Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ in North Chicago, IL is seeking a Front Bar Receptionist to greet guests and drive a superior guest experience at the front desk. The candidate will support daily operations, educate guests on services and memberships, and promote retail skincare products.

As the first impression of the brand, you will maintain brand standards, assist with scheduling, and contribute to achieving store sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of guest service or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Previous sales experience strongly preferred.
• Salon, spa, or beauty industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Passion for skincare, beauty, and client experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while embodying FACE FOUNDRIÉ brand standards.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Maintain an organized and efficient appointment schedule.
• Educate guests on services, memberships, and skincare products.
• Recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ retail products.
• Support daily operational tasks and front desk responsibilities.
• Assist with inventory awareness and communicate low stock levels to management.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and visual standards are maintained throughout the store.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and timekeeping standards.
• Attend required trainings, meetings, and ongoing education opportunities.
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, hygiene, and board compliance standards.
