Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments with accuracy and efficiency.
• Educate guests on services, memberships, and products to drive loyalty.
• Promote memberships and retail product sales to meet targets.
• Support front bar operations and guest experience to ensure smooth studio performance.
• Maintain store presentation and brand standards at all times.
• Follow safety, sanitation and timekeeping protocols; participate in trainings and meetings.
• Keep front bar organized, clean and fully stocked for guests.
