Responsibilities

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
• Explain, sell, and recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Notify when supplies are low in coordination with the Salon Manager.
• Assist in all in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory training and team meetings.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures for board compliance.
• Keep the store clean and fully stocked at all times.
