Qualifications

• Hands-on manager with experience in high-volume, fast-paced formats.
• Ability to lead from the floor and coach while on shift.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and metrics.
• Demonstrates accountability and strong communication on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts alongside the team during rushes (line, register, drive-thru).
• Lead all restaurant operations to ensure food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, and initiatives on a daily basis.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards without compromise.
• Monitor speed-of-service and customer satisfaction in real time.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
