Responsibilities

• Analyze the jobsite prior to starting to ensure quality construction.
• Review documents and determine materials needed for framing.
• Frame buildings according to blueprints and plans.
• Create a safe on-site environment for personnel and project interests.
• Coordinate with team for material delivery and plans distribution.
• Schedule deliveries aligning with the construction manager's timeline.
• Ensure framing complies with OSHA, Carter Lumber standards, and safety rules.
• Aim for timely project completion and quality workmanship.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction through attention to detail and responsiveness.
