Job summary

Hill Top Craftsmen in Spokane, WA is seeking an experienced Lead Framer to join our team. You will lead a small crew on commercial framing projects, read blueprints, perform layout, and ensure quality workmanship.

This role offers year-round work with opportunities to advance to Foreman, plus a collaborative culture that values safety and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Several years of framing experience, preferably in commercial construction.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform layout.
• Experience leading crews and coordinating field work.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small crew or assigned portion of commercial framing projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Perform layout work and ensure framing is completed accurately.
• Coordinate daily tasks with the Foreman to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain high standards for quality and safety.
• Mentor and support less experienced team members.
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact production.
